The State.
The State is necessary for law and order, economic development, and national security.
Social Issues are based on morals rather than ideology.
Social Issues are the province of philosophers.
The State must prevent riots, insurrections, and invasions.
The State must deal with economics in general terms or macroeconomic terms only.
The State should not conduct a war unless the national interest is threatened.
Iraq 1 was justified and Iraq 2 was unjustified.
The State get's more specific in its activities the closer it gets to the local population.
People know somethings about international issues, national issues, state issues, and local issues.
Education is a valuable tool in getting people to see the truth of what a state does and does not do.
In essence, the state's job is to provide for the national interest, but based on limits.
