Public Opinion Polls for President.
Obama has lost 3 points in less than a week.
Interesting. A good primary candidate, but maybe a lousy general election candidate.
Someone who wants to be known as a great leader, but might end up as a TV Icon.
Reagan was a great leader, but Kennedy was a great Icon.
Barry appears to be a man of the moment rather than a man for all seasons.
If Barry is losing momentum in the polls already then McCain needs to hold the line and let Barry self-destruct on his own.
Barry is a man who transcended or defied public opinion for a short time.
If he gets caught in a web of rumor, innuedoes, lies, and contradictions then his political support will collapse.
In essence, if Barry sticks to themes then he's ok. If it becomes the devil is in the details then he should self-destruct and his base of support among more practical voters will shift to McCain, Nader, and/or Barr.
