Agriculture is in need of American Workers.
There are an estimated 15 million disabled people on Social Security who could do this work.
There are a number of people in customer service who might be burned out by dealing with the public.
There are retired people who might want something that is part time.
The unemployment rate is slowly creeping up.
The key is to transfer these people from their prior work environment to agriculture.
This can be done with Temporary Services, The Unemployment Office, or Vocational Rehab Organizations.
A farmer would have to make contact with these organizations through the government or private sector.
