I have been in Political Science for 20 years and have studied a lot of leaders including George Bush.
I have read and seen him shift psychology several times.
If you watch his speeches and press conferences prior to 9/11 he's project's a Calvin Coolidge Republican Image.
After 9/11, he shift's into a Harry Truman/Teddy Roosevelt Terror Warrior Mode.
He's done that prior to assuming office.
I couldn't figure out why, until I was talking with some mental health people that people who go through trauma may have gone through a psychotic break.
That still did not make sense, until as a reader of comic books I saw a storyline developing in one of them that parallel's Bush and his War on Terror.
That's not to say the President is disabled, but his belief system has shifted.
This story was in Thor Magazine from 2001 to 2004 or so.
The end result of this storyline was the destruction of everything the main character had worked on so that he would face the consequences of his actions.
Bush started out in the right way on the War on Islamofascism, but he seem's not to be using his full mind.
